Time to Train
With "Team Jafar Fitness" you will experience the age old adage, "it takes a village to raise a child". Whether coming with a group of friends or by yourself, teaming up with Jafar Fitness you will be part of an atmosphere that is set to show you that you are never in this alone! It's walking in the door knowing you have a "clean slate" to make whatever yours goal are a REALITY.... so what are you waiting on?
Training 1. One-on-One
While you may not be the only one in the gym, each client will get personal one-on-one training instruction and guidance on work-outs. It is important to ensure you body mechanics are correct to receive the best results from the workout, so the trainer will provide necessary individual instrcution when needed.
Training 2. Partner/Group Training
It's nothing like partner training! Whether you and a best friend or a significant other are looking to get in shape together, our partner/group training is stimulating and provides the motivation you may need to push through another set.
Training 3. Boxing
Drive, Dedication, Determination and Discipline are just a few things it takes to compete on "The Canvas".
Learning the basics of boxing whether for self defense, your choice of a work-out, or preparing for a match, Team Jafar's boxing circuits are sure to trick your muscle memory and give you an exhilarating workout. Boxing coaches are certified and licensed, their expertise will help sharpen, etch and give precision in all the right places.
